What to expect?

The retreat will be designed to empower attendees to transform the heartbreak into healing and start the new chapter of their lifes with a positive and open mind.

You will learn the tools and techniques taught by different experts from coaches, psychologists, nutritionists,trauma therapists and somatic and breathwork healers.

Accredited Break-Up and Divorce Coach Practitioner

You’ll experience a couple of transformational days that will help you heal from the past, accept a new path, learn how to appreciate living in the moment and look forward to an exciting future.

Coming to a retreat allows you to take a time -out from your everyday life.

This safe open space enables you to focus on what is happening for you, allowing you to dive deep into self healing.

By the end of a time spent in a retreat you will feel better, lighter and happier. If necessary, more healing can be done with me via zoom.
